What Will It Be, Fabled Heroes?
It's barely 24 hours after arrival to the castle that this broadcast comes. There's Ange, currently sitting on a chair in the gardens area, seemingly trying to relax but not really succeeding at that. There's one big matter that must be dealt with, and as she sees it, doing so is going to be necessary right now that they're far from Imladris and therefore can talk without any outside influences, or so she hopes.
"We're here. Let's stop beating around the bush and ask the important question:
What are we going to do?
We have been saddled with this so-called phophecied mission, and we heard the consequences and what the Green said. Let's define where we stand, once and for all, because once we get going I doubt we'll have any time to discuss or change our minds.
Speak now because there probably won't be a second chance"
Ange seems to be in bad mood, mostly because this is a very serious topic and she still hates the Green for getting her involved in this. The whole conversation with them really didn't sit well with her, given some of the Green's attitude. She has to ask and see what happens.
So! How are we doing? Are we going to play along with the prophecies? Will we fight against Sauron and the Unfinished Princess? Are we saving the Wilderlands willingly, tackling this trip with all our might? Are we cherry-picking what we feel is right? Will we just try to get out of this and try to return home?
All opinions are valid, probably.

I'll admit it: that's what I'd choose.
[It's not that she doesn't feel bad about the Wilderlands and the worlds out there, or that she doesn't understand what's at stake. It's that she really would rather return to where she came from -- she was in the middle of something really important...for herself, admittedly, and would like to return to that as soon as possible.
Everything else is secondary, as far as she's concerned. Ange has her priorities, and going on a potentially months-long quest is not one of them, not in the slightest. As much as she hates to admit it, and as much as she may feel bad for everything and everyone, her own search for the truth at home is far more important than anything else]

Additionally? If the Green wasn't lying and the destruction of this world will destroy them, we'd end up having to deal with this one way or another. Planets with collapsed ecosystems are not a pretty sight.

And this Sauron guy really needs to be taken out.

[Remy's not even talking about the Green, really. This sort of thing always seems to happen when you run in his sorts of circles.]
Dat said, I'm wit' you on dis. I ain't one to leave behin' a buncha people dat'll die if we don' help. An' Sauron DOES need to be taken out. Like, a lot.

Some of the stuff in this world is in books and movies back home. I don't know that it means it's fake, either. I've bounced around different dimensions and my world once dealt with this giant loser from a world where we were all fiction in his. I've got a whole many-worlds kinda theory going on. Everything has to be real somewhere, right? Even fiction or places where your reality is fiction.
Anyway, Sauron in the books and movies is like baby Satan and his army just murders and tortures wherever it goes. And who knows how much more powerful he's gotten here? Even if things are put to rights and he's sent back home it may have disrupted the tiny, tiny margins that let him get beaten there. If we don't stop him here and it all just gets separated back, there's a whole world that could suffer hell on Earth.
Basically forever.
[He's not sure if those of them that know about it should broadcast it to the whole group but how else will they be warned if they come across it?]
Especially if he gets the One Ring.

Against my better judgement... at the very least I think we should save the Green. And [ she sighs ] we should probably try to do the whole kit and caboodle, if we think we can pull it off.
If the Green dies, our worlds die. My People might survive an environmental collapse even if we'd wish we hadn't. Other worlds clearly wouldn't be even that 'lucky'.
The rest... it's too many lives to just let be snuffed out if we don't do anything. People need our help.
[ If Holly was better at being selfish, she wouldn't be one of the LEP's most notorious rule breakers and her life would be far, far simpler. ]

Some of the Green seem not to give a shit about the people in the worlds that are being affected, or don't think it's possible to do both and we should focus on just saving them. What better way to stick it to them than by showing we can do both?
[A pause.]
Also, as someone from a world that would probably be straight up fucked if we lost Gaia, I'd really like to not have that happen.

[Filbo sighs]
I'm...I'm not gonna lie, it's terrifying to think about what's ahead. I know it's gonna be painful and probably will take a while, but we owe it to our homes to do all we can here. I mean, if anything happens our worlds are gonna be affected. And...personally speaking, I know I wouldn't forgive myself if I could do something about a big problem that'd affect everything and I never did. It just wouldn't be right to refuse to do all this.
[It's as he told Saturday: inaction in the face of being able to do something is pretty despicable, in his opinion. Here he can do something, therefore he must put aside his concerns and worries in order to achieve a positive result. It's what he believes in, after all]
I know the Green didn't really make themselves endearing back there? So maybe for some it'll help to think about this as doing it for your home and everything in there, not for the Green.

I'm not sure there's any way to damage them without hurting uninvolved people. Like, in my world, if something happens to Gaia the consequences are pretty far reaching.
[Also Elle would be obligated to stop her and she doesn't want to have to do that.]

It would be wise to start and monitor the situation carefully, gathering as much information as possible and deciding every few steps whether it is more appropriate to persist or abandon the mission...I am inclined to vote for only picking objectives we find feasible and less risky for now, if that is possible.

We do have some civilians here. They shouldn't have to face this if they're not used to it. They should have a choice.
But anyone who is willing...I think we need to stay.
People are dying. We've seen innocent people attacked by monsters, the wreckage left behind after two peoples were driven from their homes. And we have to consider that the Green is telling the truth about what will happen to the ecosystems of other worlds.
I don't know that we should do the quests to give power to the Seasons, though. We don't know if we can trust them. We might need to find our own way to do this.

Is anyone wants to learn hand-to-hand I'm offering. Or just basic calisthenics. It's a good idea to start establishing routines for this kind of stuff.

[She can really mainly understand the reluctance and anger using her empathic/telepathic powers, Need is that removed from having a life to be pulled from or to risk.]

[Roy's room at Titans Tower was terrible...though not quite as bad as this.]
For myself, I'm staying. I may not have much experience, but I'd never feel right about walking away when people needed help.
[Is he lying? Is he telling the truth? You don't know.]

You know a foundation doesn’t solve this.

[Stacia shrugs.]
I'm resigned to doing it at this point. And given that the forces of Sauron and the Unfinished Princess want to hunt us down to control or kill us, I don't think we're going to have a choice but to fight them.

[Not that they have made themselves seem appealing in the slightest, but still, Ange has to praise our integrity and/or attachment to each other]
